Steam Turbine Shaft Regeneration
Comprehensive regeneration of bearing journals and seals. HVOF thermal spraying with carbide coatings (WC-Co-Cr) provides hardness >1300 HV0.3 and excellent resistance to abrasive wear. The low-temperature process eliminates the risk of shaft deformation.
Fan and Turbine Blades
Leading edge protection against solid particle erosion (SPE) and high-temperature corrosion. We use Cr3C2-NiCr coatings resistant to temperatures up to 850°C, significantly extending the lifespan of components in coal power plants and dedusting systems.
Gate & Ball Valves
Coatings on closing elements (ball, wedge) and seats. Protection against H2S corrosion (sour service) and erosion. Chromium and tungsten carbide coatings ensure metal-to-metal tightness and anti-galling resistance according to API standards.
Downhole Tools
Surface reinforcement of tools working in extreme drilling conditions (mud motors, drilling jars). HVOF carbide coatings replace hard chrome, offering many times higher resistance to abrasion and impact.
Hydraulic Piston Rods
Ecological alternative to galvanic chrome plating. HVOF coatings are characterized by the absence of micro-cracks, ensuring corrosion resistance in salt spray (NSS) exceeding 1000h. Ideal for heavy machinery and suspensions.
Engine & Suspension Parts
Coatings on valve stems, timing components, and motorcycle fork tubes. Friction reduction, lubrication improvement, and increased resistance to surface fatigue wear.
Slurry Pump Components
Protection of impellers and pump casings working in abrasive media. Application of cemented carbides via HVOF allowed operation under extreme abrasive wear conditions.
Corrugating Rolls
Carbide coatings providing a "lotus effect" and high resistance to paper abrasion. Maintaining roll profile over a long service life.
Exhaust Fan Blades
Leading edge protection against solid particle erosion (ash, dust). CrC-NiCr coating with high resistance to temperatures up to 850°C.
